We will help create the wedding of your dreams, all while focusing on the little details that matter most. We provide a multitude of services ranging from 60-day coordination to Full Service Event planning and everything in between.
North State Events will collaborate with you to produce an unforgettable event that will be tailored to you and your fiancé. From finding the perfect location to your last dance, we will be with you every step of the way.
A Wedding Day Coordinator is a necessity so that everyone, especially you, the bride, can relax and enjoy the most precious moments you’ve been working toward.
Our Wedding Packages
60-Day Coordination

This package is ideal for DIY couples looking for support closer to their wedding day. Available to book at any point in your planning process, we will hold a kickoff meeting at the time of booking to get you set up for success with recommended vendors for your budget and vision. At the 60-day mark, we will circle back to button up your timeline and get you to the altar.
In the final month, we help share vendor communication and tie up all loose ends. We then conduct your rehearsal and wedding day from start to finish, Emergency Kit in hand.

-Two pre-wedding consultations (initial meeting & timeline meeting 6-8 weeks before your wedding)
-Supplying any needed vendor recommendations
-Constructing a detailed wedding day timeline and sharing it with your vendors before the wedding
-Available to answer any planning questions via email or by phone throughout the planning process
-Confirming all details with the appropriate vendors prior to the wedding
-Facilitating the ceremony rehearsal (up to (1) hour)

-Directing the ceremony processional
-Coordinating and assisting with vendors with the setup of the ceremony and reception.
-For an additional charge, we can coordinate with an outside vendor to do the set up and /or breakdown of tables, chairs etc. for your ceremony and reception.
-Setup of wedding accessories such as guest book, place cards, favors, etc.
-Coordinating pinning of boutonnières and ensuring VIP’s receive flowers
-Acting as the point of contact for all vendors
-Overseeing reception traditions (first dance, cake cutting, bouquet/garter toss)
-Assisting the wedding party and guests as needed
-Distributing final payment and gratuity to vendors
-Collecting your gifts and placing them in your vehicle during your reception
-Dealing with any unforeseen hiccups
-Includes 8 hours day of service with your coordination team (team size will vary based on amount of guests) allowing you to enjoy every moment of your wedding day without any worry of background detailsscription text goes here

Partial Planning Service

This package is ideal for couples who want a more collaborative approach with their wedding planner but are still hoping to plan a lot of their own details.

-One additional pre-wedding meeting
-Vendor contract reviews
-Attendance at two final vendor meetings of the couple’s choice
-Site walk-through & assistance with site layout and logistics. Map to be drawn and provided.
-Shared vendor communications at the 60 day mark
-Confirming all details with the appropriate vendors prior to the wedding

-All 60 Day Coordination services plus:
-Coordinate load out of all vendors
-Up to twelve hours on-site with your coordination team (team size will vary based on amount of guests) allowing you to enjoy every moment of your wedding day without any worry of background details

Full Planning Service

With this package, we hold your hand through each and every detail — you simply show up and enjoy.
Service begins right away when you book.
We update and maintain your wedding task list, track your budget, and do all the behind the scenes work.
Along with hand-picked wedding vendor recommendations, we attend each scouting meeting with you and help make each detailed decision throughout the wedding planning process. Wedding Day Coordination included.

Additional Services
All-Inclusive Wedding Weekend Package
If you opt for the full service planning Package, you may be eligible for our All-Inclusive Wedding Weekend Upgrade. This Upgrade includes:
Stuffing and sending save-the-dates and wedding invitations
Procuring and delivering guest welcome bags
Coordination of the Rehearsal Dinner + Post-Wedding Brunch

Rehearsal Dinner A La Carte
This additional service can be added to any of our main packages for couples & families needing further assistance with the rehearsal dinner or welcome reception. Services include:
1 planning meeting to advise couple/parents about venue/restaurant, menu, decor etc.
2 hours pre-event on afternoon/evening of rehearsal dinner to set-up, coordinate vendors, decor, welcome table etc.
Welcome guests & ensure event is running smoothly (1 hour)
If needed, return to event to collect decor, coordinate vendors, clean up etc. additional rate will apply.
