Who from NSE will I be working with?

Your dedicated wedding + event planner will vary based on the package, size, and complexity of your event. We will always match you to the best fit per our planner’s availability.

Please note, due to the incredible growth of NSE in recent years, Ashley Smith (Owner & Senior Lead Planner) is only available for a limited number of weddings per year. In this growth period, she is pivoting her expertise to managing & growing the team. We kindly ask you note any interest in her limited availability when you complete our contact form, if desired.

How does your pricing work?

Due to the highly customized nature of events, all of our packages are designed and priced per your needs. Please fill out our contact form to schedule your complimentary consultation & custom quote. For wedding packages, all base prices are listed on the Wedding Services page.

My venue is providing a coordinator, Do I still need a wedding planner?

We love that your venue has a coordinator! That means someone will be available on your wedding day for any venue-related needs or questions. However, venue coordinators are not able to offer you the hands-on, highly customized wedding planning assistance that NSE can offer you.

We will work with your venue coordinator to ensure everything your venue provides is dialed in but your wedding planner will be the one fluffing your dress, coordinating your special people, and getting you to the altar & the dance floor.

Do you set up our rentals in our venue?

We leave rental setup to the pros - either your rental or catering company. While we can help with some personal details setup, out main goal is to ensure your vendors and people are where they need to be according to your day’s custom timeline.
