North State Events will collaborate with you to produce an unforgettable event that will be tailored to you and your fiancé. From finding the perfect location to your last dance, we will be with you every step of the way.
A Wedding Day Coordinator is a necessity so that everyone, especially you, the bride, can relax and enjoy the most precious moments you’ve been working toward.
Esplanade Package - Day of Coordination
Also known as ‘Month-of’ Coordination, this service begins 4-6 weeks prior to your wedding date and is available to secure your date 4 months in advance. I'll jump on board then to make sure your ship is sailing straight. At the 4-month mark (or as soon as you book), we can give you vendor recommendations for anything you’ve not secured yet. With our check list in-hand, you’ll be ready to complete your final tasks. We’ll re-group for a Detail Planning Meeting, where we put together your wedding timeline, ceremony logistics and more. In the final month, we fully take over vendor communication and tie up all loose ends. We then conduct your rehearsal and wedding day from start to finish, Emergency Kit in hand.
Two pre-wedding consultations (initial meeting & timeline meeting 6-8 weeks before your wedding)
Supplying any needed vendor recommendations
Constructing a detailed wedding day timeline and sharing it with your vendors before the wedding
Available to answer any planning questions via email or by phone throughout the planning process
Confirming all details with the appropriate vendors prior to the wedding
Facilitating the ceremony rehearsal (up to (1) hour)
Directing the ceremony processional
Coordinating and assisting with vendors with the setup of the ceremony and reception.
For an additional charge, we can coordinate with an outside vendor to do the set up and /or breakdown of tables, chairs etc. for your ceremony and reception.
Setup of wedding accessories such as guest book, place cards, favors, etc.
Coordinating pinning of boutonnières and ensuring VIP’s receive flowers
Distributing final payment and gratuity to vendors
Collect your gifts and place them in your vehicle at the end of your evening
Dealing with any unforeseen hiccups

Bidwell Package - Full Service Wedding Coordinating
With our Full Wedding Production, we hold your hand through each and every detail — You simply show up and enjoy. Service begins right away and we we secure your date up to 18 months out. Creative wedding ideas, design advice and inspiration are part of Full Wedding Production. We update and maintain your wedding Task List and Budget and even send you payment reminders. Along with hand-picked wedding vendor recommendations, we attend each scouting meeting with you and help make each detailed decision throughout the wedding planning process. Wedding Day Coordination included.

Rehearsal Dinner A La Carte
For the couple or parents who may need more guidance in planning the rehearsal dinner (or are planning from out of town) or welcome reception. This is a package to add in additon to the above packages. This package includes:
1 planning meeting to advise couple/parents about venue/restaurant, menu, decor etc.
2 hours pre-event on afternoon/evening of rehearsal dinner to set-up, coordinate vendors, decor, welcome table etc.
Welcome guests & ensure event is running smoothly (1 hour)
If needed, return to event to collect decor, coordinate vendors, clean up etc. additional rate will apply.

Some couples want to plan their own weddings, from beginning to end, but they still need some advice from a professional along the way. For couples such as these, we offer a service with an hour based fee. We will guide you based on your needs, as well as provide you with referrals to some of the best wedding vendors around. There are couples who can do their own planning, but if the need should arise for extra help or guidance, we are here to help ease them through their wedding day.
